Learning Experience Designers - Remote Opportunity
A well-known software company is looking for a Learning Experience Designers. This is a fully remote and contract role!
Shift of the Learning Experience Designer:
8 AM – 5 PM EST (1 hr lunch)
40 hours a week, no overtime or weekend work expected.
Pay Rate/Salary of the Learning Experience Designer:
$40.00/hr
Responsibilities of the Learning Experience Designer:
• Review and evaluate educational content for accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
• Develop assessment questions and activities to measure learners' comprehension effectively.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content validity and relevance.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of learning materials.
• Analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications of the Learning Experience Designer:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in a Learning & Development role with experience in blended learning solutions.
• Proven experience in instructional design, content review, and assessment creation.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and program management skills to execute multiple learning programs successfully.
