<h3><strong>About this role…</strong></h3>
<p>In this job, you’ll:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.</li>
<li>Identify and understand users’ pain points to propose Flipdish solutions and own the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing, including business case development and commercial negotiations.</li>
<li>Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively showcase Flipdish's solutions.</li>
<li>Communicate the unique value proposition of our products, address any concerns or objections, and handle competitive questions with a deep understanding of the industry.</li>
<li>Liaise with Product and Marketing teams to stay updated on new features and product launches.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline data in our CRM system.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>We’re looking for…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with prospects.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of hitting sales targets.</li>
<li>An enthusiastic interest in sales, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion, with the ability to handle contract terms and close deals effectively.</li>
<li>Experience in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data.</li>
</ul>
