<p> </p></div><p><span data-contrast="auto">As our Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report into the Sr. Director, Talent and work closely with dedicated hiring leaders across specialty segments (Experience Solutions, Client Consulting, Client Delivery, Finance, Fabrication Shop, Legal, etc.), along with HR Business Partners, to recruit top talent to our agency. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is a key strategic member of our Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment as well as unique and creative projects centered around creating an outstanding candidate and employee experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Full Cycle Recruitment. </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">You manage full-cycle recruiting to continue our drive for a diverse and inclusive workforce, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Strategic Thought Leader.</span></strong> <span data-contrast="auto">You partner and collaborate with business leaders to build a deep understanding of the various businesses, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
