About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic pediatric outpatient clinic. This role involves creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with ASD and related disorders.
,
• Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions in a clinic setting.
,
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure client success.
,
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff in the implementation of treatment plans.
,
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, to provide integrated care.
,
• Work closely with families to provide parent training and support, fostering a holistic approach to therapy.
,
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.
Requirements
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
,
• Experience working with children in a clinical, educational, or home-based setting.
,
• Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disorders.
,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
