Our mission is to empower our clients to create inclusive online experiences, and we believe that strong customer relationships are key to achieving this.</p><p></p><h3>🧩 About the role</h3><p>We’re looking for a skilled and passionate <strong>Accessibility Expert</strong> to support high-impact projects across Europe. You’ll work alongside designers, developers, and product teams to ensure digital products and services are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with international standards.</p><p></p><h3>🔍 What you’ll do</h3><p>Perform accessibility audits for websites, apps, and digital content</p><p>Write technical reports based on <strong>WCAG 2.1/2.2</strong> and <strong>EN 301 549</strong></p><p>Support clients in achieving compliance (AGID, ADA, Section 508...)</p><p>Deliver accessibility training and awareness sessions</p><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed inclusive practices</p><p>Stay up to date on accessibility trends, tools, and assistive tech</p><p></p><h3><strong>✅ What we’re looking for</strong></h3><p>Solid experience in digital accessibility</p><p>Deep knowledge of <strong>WCAG</strong>, <strong>semantic HTML</strong>, <strong>ARIA</strong>, and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers)</p><p>Familiarity with tools like <strong>axe</strong>, <strong>WAVE</strong>, <strong>Lighthouse</strong>, <strong>NVDA</strong>, <strong>VoiceOver</strong></p><p>Strong communication and client-facing skills</p><p>Accessibility certifications (<strong>CPACC</strong>, <strong>WAS</strong>, etc.) are a plus</p><p>Fluent in Italian and&nbsp;English; knowledge of <strong>German</strong> or <strong>French</strong> is a bonus</p><p></p><h3>🌱 What we offer</h3><p>Purpose-driven projects with real social impact</p><p>A passionate and experienced accessibility team</p><p>A flexible, remote-friendly, and inclusive work environment</p><p>Ongoing training, learning paths, and certification opportunities</p><p></p><p>🚀 Ready to help us build a more inclusive digital world?</p><p>Let’s talk.</p>
