Required Skills and Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the U.S.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN with significant experience considered.
Certification in telehealth nursing or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment.
Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to empathize with patients and provide patient-centered care remotely.
Familiarity with telehealth regulations and HIPAA compliance.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth experience is a plus).
Experience in primary care, pediatrics, chronic disease management, or emergency care is highly desirable.

Working Hours

Flexible shifts available, with options for full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules.
