Job Title: 3D Animation Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of animators to deliver top-tier, AAA quality animations that directly impact the gameplay experience.
• Define and drive the animation vision in collaboration with Creative and Art Directors.
• Oversee the full animation pipeline from concept to implementation, including motion capture shoots and managing external vendors.
• Manage and develop a team, ensuring strategic leadership and hands-on contributions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment, promoting team growth and streamlining animation processes to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a leadership role within animation.
• Deep understanding of gameplay systems, including combat and traversal animations.
• Proficiency in animation tools and technologies, such as Maya and real-time game engines.
• Background in third person combat and traversal animations, with experience in cinematic tools in Unreal Engine.
