<p><strong>The Company:</strong></p><p>We help founders turn their voice into visibility. Our system transforms raw podcast interviews into thought-leadership content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and more — without requiring our clients to become content creators.</p><p></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a junior marketing assistant who can help us execute our signature system. Your job is to take already-recorded podcast interviews and turn them into bite-sized content: video clips, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube uploads.<br>This is a perfect role for someone with solid English, decent writing skills, basic video editing abilities, and a love for storytelling through content. You don’t need to come up with strategy — we’ll train you on the system. You just need to be organized, proactive, and reliable.<br>If you’ve ever said “I’m not a strategist yet, but I can follow one and get things done fast,” this role is for you.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Podcast Content Repurposing<ul><li>Pull transcripts and video files</li><li>Highlight the top 3–6 moments in each episode</li><li>Extract insights and quotes for use in written and video content</li><li>Edit and format short-form vertical videos (CapCut or Riverside Magic Clips)</li><li>Upload long-form podcast episodes to YouTube (with titles, descriptions, and thumbnails)</li></ul></li><li>LinkedIn Post Execution<ul><li>Draft 5–7 LinkedIn posts per week based on podcast content (we provide templates)</li><li>Post directly or via a scheduler (Publer, Taplio, etc.)</li><li>Monitor and reply to comments and DMs in the founder’s voice</li><li>Engage with relevant accounts in our niche</li></ul></li><li>Content &amp; Project Management<ul><li>Track all assets and deliverables in Notion or Airtable</li><li>Keep a clean, organized system for transcripts, clips, posts, and feedback</li><li>Flag top-performing content for reuse in newsletters, reels, or carousels</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent English (C1 or above – you’ll write and post in English daily)</li><li>Great writing instincts — doesn’t have to be copywriter-level, but you should know when a sentence sounds “off”</li><li>Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, etc.)</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll manage a high volume of small content pieces weekly)</li><li>Familiar with LinkedIn as a platform</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Great to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience publishing to YouTube (thumbnails, tags, metadata)</li><li>Worked on a podcast, newsletter, or creator business before</li><li>Familiarity with B2B content or tech/startup culture</li><li>Canva or graphic design skills</li></ul>
