<b>Description</b><br><p>Location: Remote / Hybrid (Web3 timezone overlap)</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re building a next-generation blockchain tailored specifically for AI agents—combining zkVM-based verifiable execution with a high-performance node network and smart-contract layer. You’ll drive protocol design, Rust-centric infrastructure development, and backend engineering optimizations to support multi-agent AI architectures at scale.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Protocol &amp; zkVM Development</li><li>Design and implement core blockchain protocols with zkVM integration for verifiable AI agent execution.</li><li>Define smart-contract standards and on-chain agent interfaces (analogous to EVM ABIs).</li><li>Node &amp; Network Infrastructure</li><li>Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency node software in Rust.</li><li>Architect P2P networking, consensus mechanisms, and state synchronization tailored for AI workloads.</li><li>Smart Contract &amp; Agent Integration</li><li>Develop and audit smart contracts for agent registration, staking, and on-chain governance.</li><li>Integrate multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, MCP) into the blockchain runtime.</li><li>Backend &amp; Tooling</li><li>Create backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) to interact with nodes and agents.</li><li>Implement monitoring, observability, and analytics pipelines to track chain and agent performance.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Innovation</li><li>Partner with AI engineers to optimize gas models, transaction batching, and resource metering for agentic use cases.</li><li>Research emerging Web3 and zero-knowledge technologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.</li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Blockchain Engineering: 5+ years building or auditing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or node infrastructure.</li><li>Rust Expertise: Deep practical experience writing and maintaining large-scale Rust applications.</li><li>zkVM / ZK Rollups: Hands-on with zero-knowledge VM design or implementation (e.g., zkEVM, zkWASM).</li><li>Smart Contracts: Solidity or ink! proficiency; familiar with security best practices and gas optimization.</li><li>Backend Systems: Strong background in backend engineering (Node.js, Go, or Python); building scalable APIs and services.</li><li>Distributed Systems: In-depth understanding of consensus algorithms, P2P networking, and state replication.</li><li>Web3 Ecosystem: Proven track record working in decentralized environments; familiarity with staking, governance, token economics.</li><li>AI Agent Experience: Solid grasp of multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, or integrating AI workloads with on-chain logic.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CrewAI, A2A protocols, or MCP server development.</li><li>Familiarity with on-chain verifiable computation frameworks and trusted execution environments (TEEs).</li><li>Background in building RAG frameworks, vector search, or other AI-powered data services.</li><li>Contributions to open-source blockchain or zero-knowledge projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Problem Solver: Thrives in ambiguous environments and independently drives solutions.</li><li>Communicator: Clearly articulates complex blockchain and AI topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborator: Values teamwork and contributes to a culture of shared ownership.</li><li>Learner: Passionate about staying current with Web3, ZK research, and AI advancements.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li>Shape the foundation of a purpose-built AI agent blockchain.</li><li>Work alongside experts in zero-knowledge, smart contracts, and AI orchestration.</li><li>Be part of a cutting-edge Web3 lab committed to decentralization, security, and innovation. # Markdown syntax guide</li></ul><p><br></p><br>
