For more information, visit<span> </span><a href="http://www.kyriba.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.kyriba.com</a>.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Essential duties and responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design, administer, and analyze variable compensation plans across sales and go-to-market teams using CaptivateIQ.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end commission process: data extraction, validation, calculation, reporting, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity by integrating and reconciling Salesforce data with CaptivateIQ and other compensation tools.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and HR to align incentive programs with business objectives and performance metrics.</li><li>Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and audit logs to track compensation effectiveness and plan compliance.</li><li>Support quota setting, territory alignment, and other incentive program design elements.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within CaptivateIQ workflows.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation best practices, compliance, and system capabilities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education, Experience & Skills</b></p><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in compensation analysis, sales operations, or finance.</li><li><b>Strong proficiency in CaptivateIQ</b> (plan setup, logic building, data mapping, workflow automation).</li><li><b>Salesforce CRM expertise</b>, especially in managing objects related to leads, opportunities, accounts, and custom fields used in compensation logic.</li><li>Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas)</li><li>Solid understanding of compensation principles, sales incentives, and pay-for-performance strategies.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.</li></ul>
