Animator (2-month contract) starting in October

About the position

Responsibilities

• Create key frame animation sequences as assigned by the Supervisor
• Create lip-sync, facial, and body character animation as well as prop animation
• Remain current and up-to-date in animation techniques
• Consistently meet production goals as assigned by APM/PM team
• Willing to step in as a character specialist as needed per the production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in animation, particularly in character and prop animation
• Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with 3D animation software
• Familiarity with storyboarding and animatics
• Knowledge of character rigging and skinning
