Location: Hybrid in Fenton, MO or remote available

Hours: 30-40 hours/week anticipated

Must Have Skills: Microsoft Project Desktop

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Microsoft Project Desktop and will play a crucial role in managing project timelines and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project Desktop.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing requirements.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions.
• Prepare regular status reports to communicate project timelines and progress to team members and management.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in project scheduling using Microsoft Project Desktop.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• A task-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with general scheduling principles and methodologies.
