About the position
The QA Manager will oversee the quality assurance process for software solutions in the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on Payer and Provider systems. This remote role involves managing test automation development, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and leading a team to achieve quality objectives across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the highest quality and strict adherence to testing phase requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project
,
• Design, plan, execute, and maintain automation scripts, frameworks, and harnesses
,
• Establish test objectives, metrics, and critical success factors consistent with business goals
,
• Manage, track, and report all defects and issues throughout the testing process
,
• Provide guidance and leadership to QA team members (20-30 people) to achieve quality objectives
,
• Develop and implement testing estimation and planning strategies across multiple projects
,
• Work closely with both business and IT teams to develop and execute test strategies and detailed plans
Requirements
• Mandatory experience in Healthcare Systems, specifically in Healthcare Payer and Provider claims administration systems
,
• In-depth understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations
,
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques
,
• Experience in defect management, SDLC methodologies, test automation principles, frameworks, and tools
,
• Proven ability to execute test plans in an Agile environment
,
• Capable of creating and executing test cases based on identified system requirements
,
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex software issues
