What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and improve Workforce Identity & Access Management systems to enhance security posture
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver workforce access management solutions and ensure compliance
- Identify security risks and recommend strategies for automation and efficiency in access management
- Prepare and present reports on IAM initiatives, compliance status, and risk assessments to stakeholders
- Support internal and external IT audits by facilitating evidence collection and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of related experience in cybersecurity and IAM
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulations and risk assessment frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST)
- Expertise in analyzing and documenting functional and nonfunctional requirements for IAM
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in problem-solving and risk assessment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in STEM fields such as Cybersecurity or Computer Science
- 6+ years of related experience in IAM or cybersecurity
- Knowledge of compliance regulations including SOX and PCI
- Experience with large-scale identity transformation projects in a global organization
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in IAM
