Primary Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Receive use case hand-off from SME</li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Determine technical approach and bot build strategy </li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Update technical components of the PDD</li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Submit changes via Change Management documents</li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Report progress, risks, and results to leadership</li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Participate in daily stand-ups</li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Ensure technical feasibility and resolve blockers</li>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Extensive experience in automation strategy and solution design, with a deep understanding of end-to-end process automation. </li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides</li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Advanced proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including hands-on bot development using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate </li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Proven solid programming skills, with proficiency in languages commonly used in automation environments (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET)</li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Proven exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of designing scalable, resilient automation solutions that address complex business challenges</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Experience in healthcare environments or healthcare-specific automation, ideally focused on revenue cycle operations such as claims processing, prior authorization, and patient access workflows.  </li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Familiarity with major healthcare systems like Epic or Cerner,  </li>
<li style="font-family: Tahoma;">Working knowledge of regulatory and interoperability standards including HIPAA and HL7 </li>
</ul>

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
