Job description: ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for North America will independently spearhead the design, development, and execution of talent acquisition strategies and processes supporting a complex (multi-site) organization. The person will lead a recruitment team and serve as one of the main points of contact and as a trusted advisor to the business leaders and People Experience (Human Resources) colleagues in the above organizations. Additionally, the person will recruit best-in-class candidates for senior positions across various business units as well as proactively create talent pipeline strategies and lead diversity hiring efforts for all levels while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role will be one of the two Talent Acquisition Leads for Pfizer Global Supply for North America Region, reporting to the Director, Candidate Experience (Talent Acquisition) Pfizer Global Supply (PGS).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop a deep understanding and awareness of the various business units within PGS
· Lead a group of recruiters to proactively identify business needs for talent; design innovative and sustainable talent recruiting strategies, and deliver flawless execution
· Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and HR leaders to influence, coach and drive the recruiting strategies and process.
· Identify, seek and utilize various analytics tools, analysis of market trends as well as competitive talent landscape, to provide reports and metrics on talent pipelines to drive decisions on talent strategies in the mentioned organizations.
· Work cross-functionally with HR partners to maintain compliance and integrity.
· Partner closely with Sourcing Specialists, develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies for key positions and proactively create talent pipelines for the aligned areas.
· Design and integrate recruiting strategies to ensure diverse candidate slates.
· Mentor and manage a team of geographically aligned and/or remote recruiters, providing guidance and performance management
· Understand team members’ interests and capabilities, seek opportunities to develop and promote team members’ career path

· Senior HR Leaders, Senior BU Leaders, Senior external partners

· Manages anywhere up to 20 individuals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· BS degree and 10+ years of recruiting experience
· Experience managing people
· Proven record of designing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies for exempt volume hiring and management-level positions
· Ability to prioritize and lead
· Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and HR leaders
· Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations applicable to hiring practices
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in utilizing various analytic tools required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry
· Specific experience in Manufacturing desired
· Prior experience working in WorkDay as an applicant tracking system
