Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using various technologies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of complex systems and software solutions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project progress, challenges, and improvements.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Continuously improve technical skills and keep up to date with the latest industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Freshers: A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experienced Professionals: Demonstrated experience in software development and working on large-scale projects.

Experience:

• Freshers: 0-2 years of relevant experience (for entry-level positions).
• Experienced Professionals: 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT/Software development or a related field (for mid-level and senior roles).
• Experience working with clients and managing projects is an added advantage for senior-level candidates.

Working Hours:

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Flexibility for remote work and shift-based roles may be available based on specific projects and client requirements.
• Some roles may require weekend work or on-call support depending on project needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong programming skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
• Understanding of system design principles and architecture.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage tasks independently.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
