The company goes to market with vertically-integrated, industry-leading brands.</p><p></p><p><strong>Summary of Position:</strong></p><p>The primary responsibility of this role is to support our Sales team specifically for our legal marketing verticals. This is a full-time, 3-month contractor role. </p><p></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 5+ positions concurrently, with a focus on Sales recruitment</li> <li>Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and formulate recruitment strategies that support talent acquisition goals and enhance the candidate experience</li> <li>Leverage diverse recruiting methods to attract qualified candidates, emphasizing creative sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for tough to fill positions </li> <li>Facilitate the candidate selection and interview process to deliver a superior hiring experience</li> <li>Ensure candidates reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values throughout the recruitment process</li> <li>Overcome challenges and communicate effective solutions for process enhancement</li> <li>Take ownership of your recruiting responsibilities, autonomously managing priorities, tasks, and projects to efficiently fulfill organizational hiring requirements</li> <li>Develop strong candidate pipelines and collaborate closely with hiring managers to distinguish exceptional candidates from adequate ones</li> <li>Navigate successfully within a high-growth startup environment characterized by ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced atmosphere</li> <li>Communicate effectively across all levels, adapting communication style to suit different audiences</li> <li>Demonstrate understanding of others' perspectives, needs, motivations, and concerns, adjusting communication for maximum impact and effectiveness</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with focus on sales, GTM and marketing</li></ul><ul> <li>ATS experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required</li> <li>Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for passive sourcing and outreach required</li> <li>Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Proficiency in extending and negotiating complex offers with highly competitive talent</li> <li>Extensive background in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, both in-house and within an agency setting (preferably both)</li> <li>Strong inclination and capability to identify top talent through innovative sourcing strategies</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport</li> <li>Eagerness to foster curiosity, humility, and contribute to a culture of transparency and mutual understanding</li> <li>Detail-oriented, strong written and verbal communication and understands responding with urgency</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>We’ve got you covered: </strong></p><p>EverService is proud to offer a variety of benefits to support employees and their families, including: </p><ul> <li>Medical/Vision/Dental</li> <li>Retirement </li> <li>Life Insurance </li> <li>Sick Time </li> <li>Paid Time Away (PTO) </li> </ul><p></p><p><em>This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
