Digital VA Communications Specialist – Entry Level: Engage with customers through digital platforms, providing prompt and friendly assistance. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive user experience. Collaborate with team members to enhance communication strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Utilize social media tools to monitor and respond to customer feedback. Adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length:No fixed term.

Rate:$35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week:10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
