Role Summary You will help the Academic Support team provide outstanding, expert, personalised and timely academic support to learners, across all learning channels in a variety of ways. You will support learners who have failed or deferred an exam to help them stay in track with their qualification, and enhance learning materials by performing relevant quality assurance, to steer learners in achieving their exam success.
