<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.</p>
<p>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.</p>
<p>Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.</p>
<p>Support Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).</p>
<p>Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data mappings, and use cases.</p>
<p>Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define MVPs.</p>
<p>Track and manage tasks and requirements using <strong>JIRA</strong> or similar tools.</p>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Minimum 4 years of experience</strong> as a Business Analyst in agile environments.</p>
<p>Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and development teams.</p>
<p>Strong knowledge of <strong>Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)</strong>.</p>
<p>Proficiency in <strong>JIRA</strong>, Confluence, or equivalent tools.</p>
<p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p>Ability to understand and model business processes and workflows.</p>
<p><strong>Fluent English</strong> – both written and verbal.</p>
<p>Analytical mindset with attention to detail.</p>
