As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring that users can effectively utilize our software to its fullest potential. In this position, you will be responsible for investigating software processing issues and collaborating with our engineering team to resolve them. You will answer user questions regarding software processing, provide training to customers on how to use AkkenCloud efficiently, and document customer feedback to help improve our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. You will need to be able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
