Familiarity with environments such as HbbTV, smart TV platforms, or cross-device UX/UI design? </span></h2><h2><span>We are looking for a&nbsp;</span>Marketing Manager<span>&nbsp;to support our international marketing strategy.</span></h2><p></p><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><p>In collaboration with the Sales, Operations, and Product teams, your main responsibilities will include :</p><h3>Lead Generation and Content Creation</h3><p>- Define and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, social media) to generate leads.</p><p>- Define and implement ABM strategies.</p><p>- Qualify incoming leads before handing them over to Sales.</p><p>- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems to manage leads.</p><p>- Help define and refine buyer personas and support content mapping across the buyer journey.</p><p>- Write and optimize Newsletter to improve open rates.</p><p>- Define the social media calendar and generate content (LinkedIn posts, blog posts, e-books, etc.).<br>- Monitor campaign KPIs, report and optimize.</p><p></p><h1><b>Sales Enablement &amp; Collaboration</b></h1><p>- Collaborate with Sales to ensure marketing materials support pipeline goals.<br>- Create and optimize presentations, case studies, and competitive insights.<br>- Coordinate with Product teams to maintain message consistency.</p><p></p><h1><b>Digital Presence &amp; Website Support</b></h1><p>- Update the company website with current marketing initiatives and product updates.<br>- Collaborate with design teams to improve website and sales collateral.<br>- Track website performance metrics and suggest improvements.</p><p>- SEO : analyse keywords and suggest improvements.</p><p>- SEA : design &amp; manage campaigns to budget.</p><p></p><h1><b>Event Coordination</b></h1><p>- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of global field events, trade shows, and webinars according to brand strategy.</p><p>- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure impactful event experiences aligned with business objectives.</p><p>- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.</p><p>- Analyze event performance and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.</p><p></p><h1><b>Market Intelligence &amp; Learning</b></h1><p>- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.<br>- Explore new marketing tools and technologies, especially AI-powered solutions.<br>- If required, participate in internal training and contribute ideas for innovation.</p><h1></h1><h1><b>Ideal Profile</b></h1><ul><li><p>You have a solid understanding of B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven environments.</p></li><li><p>You’re passionate about interactive television, multiscreen interfaces, or OTT services.</p></li><li><p>You communicate fluently in both French and English.</p></li><li><p>You’re confident using digital tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).</p></li><li><p>You’re curious, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively.</p></li><li><p>Whether you're growing into the role or bringing prior experience, we value your motivation and ability to learn quickly.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Why Join Us?</b></h1><p>- A formative role with fast growth potential.<br>- An international, supportive, and passionate team.<br>- A company culture focused on innovation and autonomy.<br>- The chance to contribute to high-impact projects and learn from experienced professionals.</p><h1></h1><h1>Contract &amp; Conditions</h1><p>- Contract: Full Time<br>- Salary: Competitive, based on experience<br>- Culture: Strategic impact, cross-team influence, lean governance</p><p></p><p></p><h1></h1>
