Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our Zindak Real Estate team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified real estate agents to support the growth and success of our brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit licensed real estate agents through online platforms, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and follow-ups with potential recruits.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified agent candidates.
• Create and execute recruitment strategies to meet monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
• Promote the value proposition of the brokerage, including tools, technology, culture, support, and commission structure.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing methods.
• Organize and participate in recruiting events, webinars, job fairs, and industry networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop recruitment materials and campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with leadership and operations staff.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales (real estate experience strongly preferred).
• Active real estate license (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM, ATS systems, and social media recruiting strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a real estate brokerage environment.
• Existing network of licensed agents.
• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Compensation:
• Base salary plus performance-based incentives and/or commissions.
