Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize online platforms, job boards, and social media to source qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-depth interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring all new hires have a smooth transition.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (remote experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, including ATS and job boards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience in remote hiring or working with a globally distributed team is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate global hiring needs.
  • Expected to work 35-40 hours per week.
  • Some overlap with the time zones of hiring regions is required.

  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
