Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize online platforms, job boards, and social media to source qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-depth interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring all new hires have a smooth transition.
Provide weekly updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (remote experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, including ATS and job boards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience in remote hiring or working with a globally distributed team is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours to accommodate global hiring needs.
Expected to work 35-40 hours per week.
Some overlap with the time zones of hiring regions is required.
