About the position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality technology and a proven track record of managing vendor relationships effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic alliances with PMS and guest reservation systems vendors to enhance our hospitality solutions portfolio. You will collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and compatibility with our products and services. Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in hospitality technologies will be essential to identify potential partnerships that can drive innovation and improve service delivery. Additionally, you will lead commercial initiatives related to hospitality solutions, including negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective go-to-market strategies. Your contributions will also extend to the establishment and growth of the Center of Excellence for travel and hospitality solutions, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization and providing leadership in the development and delivery of training programs related to hospitality solutions. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, delivery teams, and organizational leadership, will be crucial to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Requirements
• 14-16 years of experience in hospitality solutions or related fields.

• Strong experience with Aptos and POS Basics.

• Proven track record in alliance management and vendor relationship management.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in IT business support.

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (T&H).

• Familiarity with Franchise Management.
