If you have at least 1+ years' post qualification experience or have pre-qualification experience and are qualified in residential conveyancing, let us know - show us you're interested in joining Eden today. <br><br>With 100% remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:<br></p><ul><li>Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of mixed residential property cases from instruction through to completion</li></ul><ul> <li>Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from your Team Leader</li> <li>Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner</li> <li>Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions</li> <li>Provide proactive communication to keep clients, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress</li> <li>Resolve complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policies across all conveyancing transactions</li> <li>Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction</li> <li>Undertake file audits and reviews (dependent on experience)</li> <li>Assist our Team Leaders with team development, coaching and mentoring (dependent on experience)</li> <li>Deputise for the Team Leader (dependent on experience)</li> </ul><p></p><p>Want to learn more about Eden?
