Warehouse Manager - Full-Time (Hourly) + Benefits

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager who is passionate about logistics to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receiving, inventory management, and shipping processes. • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and shipping
• Lead and train warehouse associates to maximize efficiency
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to optimize workflow
• Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or shipping issues
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift
• Load and unload trucks
• Travel to other AZ locations periodically to assist in warehouse tasks
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Ability to become forklift certified under the Company Forklift Certification Policy
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Detail orientated
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Experience with Eagle Browser (purchasing & receiving) is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
