Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team at The Elite Job. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing HR processes, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of HR within the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR operations function, focusing on streamlining and improving HR processes across the company.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure the efficient delivery of services such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce HR-related costs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Manage HR data and ensure the accurate maintenance of employee records in accordance with regulatory and privacy standards.
  • Work with senior leadership to forecast HR needs and design workforce planning strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR staff on operational procedures and the latest HR technologies.
  • Assess and recommend HR technologies, systems, and processes to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop reports and provide analytics on HR performance metrics, recommending improvements where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an HR operations or management role, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR technologies and software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in streamlining HR processes and managing HR systems is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and HR metrics for performance monitoring.
  • Prior experience in a global or multi-location organization is an advantage.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on business needs.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with the ability to implement effective solutions.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate HR performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues.
