About the position

Kaiser Permanente Northern California is seeking talented Emergency Radiologists to join our team, providing after-hours Emergency Radiology coverage. These positions are available for both remote work and in-person at our facilities throughout Northern California. The ideal candidates will be board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) and must reside in and be licensed to practice in California. We offer a partnership-track position with premium pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The work schedule is highly flexible, allowing for various shift combinations such as 4 days on followed by 3 days off, or 7 days on followed by 7 days off. Typical hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM, but we can accommodate shorter or longer shifts as needed. Our team operates with a robust support system during overnight hours, allowing radiologists to focus on their core responsibilities. Each night, at least five radiologists are available to provide coverage, and a communication forum is established for second opinions when necessary. The starting salaries for part-time night coverage range from $398,400 to $415,872, while full-time options may offer starting salaries between $440,040 and $460,020, with additional potential incentives of up to $89,000.
