- Provide personalized assistance to prospective students through phone, email, and online chat
- Help students understand program options, deadlines, and the admissions process
- Guide students through the application process, answering questions and offering support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and data
- Achieve outreach and conversion targets within a remote, team-based environment
Qualifications:
- Must be located in or near Saint Paul, MN
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, admissions, or education is advantageous
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English or other languages)
