About the position
As a Vice President, Sales Executive for Retail, Travel, and Hospitality at TTEC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience landscape. This remote position allows you to leverage your extensive sales expertise to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences while being part of an award-winning company culture. Your primary focus will be on developing and maximizing sales through a strategic blend of technology and packaged solutions, specifically targeting business-to-business services that enhance operational excellence and customer engagement strategies. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal subject matter experts to incorporate advanced services such as consulting, big data analytics, virtual agents, AI, and Intelligent Automation into your sales conversations. Your enthusiasm for sales will drive your efforts to acquire new customers and increase revenue through demand creation, channel engagement, and effective pipeline management. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be instrumental in building lasting client relationships and working alongside multiple team members to achieve revenue growth. On a typical day, you will cultivate relationships with decision-makers in client organizations through consultative solution-selling, addressing complex client issues to foster mutually beneficial outcomes within the Retail, Travel, and Hospitality sectors. You will support all stages of the sales process, utilizing your collaborative leadership approach and strategic planning skills to meet sales goals and quotas. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting relationships with decision-makers, securing new business, and maximizing the value delivered by TTEC's services. You will oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting through our CRM system, and act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their goals and customer experience challenges.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate forecasts in CRM.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects, offering solutions that address their goals and customer experience challenges.
Requirements
• 10+ years' experience in a BPO sales environment, particularly in outsourced customer care services or fraud prevention & detection solutions.

• Verifiable experience selling into the Retail, Travel, or Hospitality verticals.
,
• Consistent success in meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals with knowledge of tech-enabled services that enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Ability to develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations and influence purchasing decisions focused on Customer Experience.

• Experience in meeting, selling, and closing on channel partners while identifying new ones.
,
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in an evolving environment.
