About Us

Your Role:

• Call from our lead list using our CRM and auto-dialer

• Follow our proven script to book qualified Zoom appointments

• Report key daily stats (calls, connections, bookings)

• Follow up with prospects

• Communicate via regularly and attend short team check-ins



✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English speaker (neutral or American accent preferred)

• Appointment setting or sales experience (real estate/B2B ideal)

• Comfortable making 250+ dials per day

• Coachable, structured, and hungry to hit your KPIs

• Organized with strong reporting habits

• Looking for a long-term remote role with ongoing growth potential



Compensation:

• $5–$15/hr depending on experience + performance

• Performance Bonuses:

• 10 bookings/week = +$150

• 15 bookings/week = +$300

• 20 bookings/week = +$400

• 25 bookings/week = +$500

• Paid bi-weekly
