Weee! is seeking a dynamic and empathetic People & Culture Manager (Temporary Full-Time) to support the HR function during a critical transition period. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture, managing HR operations, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong, inclusive culture.
- Provide support and coaching to managers on performance management and policy interpretation.
- Oversee internal communications and employee feedback channels.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR projects and policy improvements.
- Support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
