Required Skills and Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.

• Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and cultural competence.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of social work experience, preferably in case management or clinical counseling.
• Experience in providing virtual or remote services is highly desirable.

Working Hours
