  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant products when appropriate to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce customer support is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with handling multiple customer support channels (phone, email, chat).

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Shifts may vary depending on customer demand, but the position generally operates within standard business hours (9 AM to 6 PM EST).
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts may be required.
