Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage high volumes of phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and internal communications.
• Use Rent Manager to manage tenant accounts, maintenance tickets, and property data.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, filing, and timely communication with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
• Support management in coordinating tasks, monitoring deadlines, and updating reports.
• Assist with operational improvements and process development to enhance office productivity.
• Prior experience in property management or administrative support.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficient in Rent Manager, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and general computer use.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
