Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for pop culture campaigns in collaboration with the team and high-profile clients.
Conduct thorough research on current pop culture trends and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful campaign execution.
Oversee the creation and execution of engaging and creative marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key pop culture influencers and media outlets to maximize campaign reach and impact.
Stay up to date on industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and PR, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Manage budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Represent the company at events and conferences to promote the brand and build industry connections.
