We are working with a highly regarded, Florida-based law firm that’s rapidly expanding its footprint into Missouri—and we’re searching for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their growing legal team.

?? Position Overview:
?? Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
?? Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in or be licensed in Missouri)
?? Practice Area: First-Party Insurance Claims (Property Damage)
?? Compensation: Competitive base salary (DOE) + very generous bonus structure
?? Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and CLE support
? Ideal Candidate Will Have:
? 3–5+ years of experience in first-party insurance litigation
? Active Missouri Bar license
? Strong research, writing, and litigation strategy skills
? Experience handling cases from intake through resolution
? The ability to work independently in a remote setting
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

?? Key Responsibilities:
• Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance disputes
• Handle litigation from initial consultation through trial or settlement
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in depositions and mediations
• Provide sound legal advice and build effective case strategies
