We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail shopping centers. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with periodic on-site visits to ensure optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for each property to maximize asset value and net operating income (NOI).
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and tenant compliance.
- Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel, ensuring properties are well-maintained and operational.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial and management reports to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants to promote retention and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to support tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid Real Estate License required within 90 days of employment.
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on retail properties.
- Strong understanding of financial aspects related to property performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
