<p>The Brand Manager – Fragrance will lead the strategic and day-to-day management of fragrance category clients, supporting the growth of both emerging and established brands. This role will oversee brand planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination across creative, marketing, and channel teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the beauty and fragrance landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for storytelling, sensory-driven branding, and launch execution. Brand &amp; Account Leadership – Fragrance Focus</strong></p><ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison for all fragrance brand clients, leading onboarding processes and maintaining proactive communication.</li> <li>Oversee daily administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, and agenda preparation for both internal and external fragrance-focused calls.</li> <li>Maintain and update client-specific fragrance brand decks, line sheets, product roadmaps, and campaign reports.</li> <li>Act as the central communication point between the client and internal teams via email, Slack, or calls.</li> <li>Drive alignment across departments to ensure timely execution of fragrance launches, marketing campaigns, and deliverables.</li> <li>Lead and synthesize brainstorms specific to fragrance innovation, brand storytelling, and retail or DTC moments, translating ideas into actionable tasks.<br><br> </li> </ul><p><strong>2. Fragrance Marketing Strategy Support</strong></p><ul> <li>Own the development and upkeep of fragrance marketing calendars, seasonal launch timelines, and holistic go-to-market strategies.</li> <li>Support the coordination and execution of new fragrance launches, discovery kits, sampling programs, and promotional moments.</li> <li>Partner with creative, influencer, affiliate, and paid media teams to ensure integrated messaging across all fragrance marketing channels.</li> <li>Conduct competitive audits and trend forecasting within the fragrance category to support positioning and storytelling.</li> <li>Track marketing performance metrics, budget pacing, and campaign KPIs across digital and retail programs.<br><br> </li> </ul><p><strong>3.
