• Maintain best practices in Salesforce development, including coding standards, security, and scalability.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security settings, and process automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• For Freshers: Basic understanding of Salesforce development with relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I).
• For Experienced Professionals: 1+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of building and implementing Salesforce applications.

Working Hours

• Flexible work hours with remote and hybrid work options available.
• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM � 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
• May require occasional weekend support based on project deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
