Position Summary:

AcceleratedPM is seeking a Scheduler to support cost engineering, scheduling, and value engineering services under an upcoming contract with the US Navy. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, updating, and reviewing construction and project schedules using Primavera P6 in accordance with US Navy standards. This position is critical to supporting the delivery of timely, data-driven decisions across a wide variety of US Navy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring conformance to US Navy requirements.
• Analyze contractor schedules to assess critical paths, float values, and sequencing accuracy.
• Provide schedule updates, variance analysis, and time impact assessments as required.
• Coordinate with cost estimators, value engineers, and project managers to align schedules with scope and cost.
• Support the preparation of deliverables including DD Form 1391 validation schedules and construction phasing plans.
• Assist in preparing reports and schedule narratives for US Navy stakeholders.
• Collaborate across task orders and disciplines to ensure integrated schedule reporting.

Required Qualifications:
• Must be an AACE certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Primavera P6 and critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
• Demonstrated experience in construction, engineering, or federal project scheduling.
• Proficiency in schedule analysis, delay analysis, and time impact analysis.
• Strong understanding of Navy/DoD scheduling standards and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting the US Navy or other federal agencies.
• Familiarity with cost-loaded schedules, design-build sequencing, and schedule risk analysis.

Work Environment:
• Remote or hybrid with some travel required.
• Work may include interaction with federal clients, contractors, and internal technical teams.

Salary/Benefits:
