Project Overview
We're building a repeatable, white-label sales platform under our new company, Hyphen IQ, to help international manufacturers grow in the U.S. market. The first client is Baux (Sweden), with more to follow. We need a no-code wizard who can execute this fast, cleanly, and reliably — no custom development.
What You’ll Build
AI Chatbot (Tidio or Intercom + GPT)
Trained on brand PDFs (product data, environmental docs, specs, etc.)
Answers inbound questions from designers and dealers 24/7
Connects to CRM (Airtable/SmartSuite)
Optional: Live chat escalation or Calendly fallback
Logs all conversations in the CRM
Optional: front-facing widget for Hyphen IQ portal (not Baux’s website)
Automated Email Engine
Emails sent from Hyphen IQ on behalf of Baux
Pulls from contact database (CRM) to book meetings and respond to inquiries
Can send follow-ups based on timing, location, tags, or activity
References past email threads and teammate interactions to avoid duplication
Thread continuity and logging for all communications
Calendly Setup
Embedded or linked booking flows
Includes both virtual and in-person options
Location-aware (e.g., “Meet in NYC” or “Book Remote Call”)
Tracks booking source and syncs with CRM
Lead Capture Form
Built with Tally or Typeform
Embedded on Hyphen IQ site
Qualifies leads by region, project type, interest
Pushes leads to CRM and triggers flows
CRM & Dashboard
Airtable or SmartSuite (we’re open to recommendations)
Tracks all contacts, inquiries, bookings, and conversations
Includes filters by brand, firm, project status
Dashboard includes:
Peak inquiry times
Most-asked questions
Conversion tracking (Chat → Meeting → Win)
Automation Layer (Zapier / Make)
Daily digest email
Weekly insight reports
Notification triggers
