Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate training, instructional design, or teaching, particularly in a virtual environment.
Expertise in using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx) and other digital tools for remote training delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to various learning styles and provide tailored solutions for diverse audiences.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or related field.
Experience delivering virtual or online training sessions to adult learners is highly preferred.
Previous experience in instructional design and curriculum development is a plus.

Working Hours:

Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required depending on client needs and training schedules.
Ability to work across multiple time zones, especially in U.S.-based locations.
