  • Expertise in using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx) and other digital tools for remote training delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or related field.

  • Previous experience in instructional design and curriculum development is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required depending on client needs and training schedules.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones, especially in U.S.-based locations.

  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
