About the position
As the Insurance and BPS Resource Manager at DXC Technology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers with the planning and allocation of resources for various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the organization's demand for resources and ensure that staffing needs are met effectively. This includes assigning employees to specific project tasks and actively participating in the hiring process to build a competent team.
