About the position

As the Insurance and BPS Resource Manager at DXC Technology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers with the planning and allocation of resources for various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the organization's demand for resources and ensure that staffing needs are met effectively. This includes assigning employees to specific project tasks and actively participating in the hiring process to build a competent team. You will assist in managing business process improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer and client experiences, while also identifying opportunities for process optimization. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will execute process enhancements and assist with project communication and reporting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the success of projects, and you will act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for resource allocation and project planning, while learning and applying process optimization methodologies effectively. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and project management tools to monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks until completion. Your ability to analyze various data inputs and prepare comprehensive reports for management will be crucial. You will also need to demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teams located across multiple geographical locations. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in order to stay abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements.

Requirements
• Expert knowledge and working experience of MS Excel, macro building, PowerPoint presentation, and MS Word is a must.

• Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Ability to execute, monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks until completion is required.

• Ability to analyze various data inputs, compare/consolidate, and prepare reports for management on short notice is necessary.

• Experience in the usage of Power BI tool and various project management related tools is an added advantage.

• Working experience in an integrated environment with collaboration across multiple teams/projects is required.

• Experience in data analysis and effective data building capability is essential.

• Willingness to overlap with teams located across various geographical locations to provide wider support coverage.
