<strong>Call Center/Customer Service Position - </strong> <strong> PAY RATE $19/HR<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be willing to take a typing and phone etiquette test - will be required *** Job Description: Call Center Representative will be assisting customers with the transition to a new billing software which produces a new look bill. Will help customers to read bills, reset paswords, understand charges. <br><br></li></ul>Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.<br><br>Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.<br><br>Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.<br><br><strong>Minimally, trainees must be able to:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Type proficiently (45 WPM minimum)</li><li> Pass a basic computer literacy test to demonstrate fundamental commands like using Ctrl/Alt/Delete to lock a screen, use of copy/paste, proficient in Word or OneNote for note taking, etc. </li><li> Pass a basic phone etiquette test. </li><li> Demonstrate high-school level literacy, reading comprehension, and math skills (to calculate billing balances.)</li><li> Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and can retain information that is learned<br><br></li></ul>ind123<br><br>
