The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting timesheet data accurately, validating work hours, and ensuring all employee records are up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify employee timesheets into internal systems.
- Audit time logs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with staff or managers.
- Maintain data records and support time-tracking audits as needed.
- Generate and format weekly reports based on verified work hours.
- Assist with onboarding data entry for new employees.
- Uphold data confidentiality and comply with organizational protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, payroll, or timekeeping.
- Familiarity with time-tracking software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
- Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage time efficiently while working remotely.
- Knowledge of U.S. labor timekeeping compliance is a plus.
