As a Judge, you will be responsible for providing constructive feedback that not only identifies areas for improvement but also offers actionable advice on how to achieve those improvements. Your critiques should be technical, constructive, and uplifting, delivered confidently across all dance genres and experience levels. It is essential that each dancer leaves our stages feeling encouraged, motivated, and recognized.
