The BDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. <li>Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to prospective and existing customers.</li>
<li>Schedule product meetings with potential customers and ensure a smooth handoff to sales representatives.</li>
<li>Educate prospects on product offerings and encourage adoption.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies.</li>
<li>Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to enhance product offerings.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing laws, regulations, and company policies.</li>

<li>2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.</li>
<li>Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools.</li>
<li>Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets consistently.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively across teams.</li>
